Vintage Seiko price lists

If you are a watch collector, you may evaluate the value of a vintage watch. But for a collector, the original price of a vintage watch may be also interesting. It shows the value of that watch at the product line of Seiko at that time. It was an ordinary watch or it was a premium offer. There are downloadable vintage Seiko watch catalogs at other sites from the second half of the 60’s but the earlier catalogs are vey rare. This article contains Seiko price lists from the pre-1965 period. You can examine the Seiko product line and prices at that time. Seiko didn’t sell straps to their cheap watches in the pre-60′ era. They sent only the watch to the retailers and the customer could choose a strap at the shop. So price list before 1960 contains strap information at the Notes column only when Seiko sold the wach with original strap too. Strap/bracelet information after 1960 shows what kind of strap supplied with the watch originally.
